Installing Fiber At Your Home

Our goal is to create the best internet experience possible. That includes a clear understanding of what it takes to bring you the fastest, most reliable, internet service. Connecting your home to the network is a simple, three step process.

Bringing Fiber from the Street

On the installation day, our crew will bury a conduit line connecting the closest fiber junction box to the exterior of your home. Some minor lawn disturbance will occur, but our crews will do their best to leave it in the best shape possible for quick recovery.

Install a Media Conversion Kit

A small box is placed on the exterior of your home, which acts as a digital communication interface between your in-home network and the fiber optic cable that connects you to the world.

Interior Setup

Once the media kit is installed, we are ready to connect the router and wifi to our tru Fiber network. This is typically a pretty quick process, but of course not all homes are the same. So occasionally it can take a little time to complete. From here though, it’s game on!
